Conference Resource Library closing; free resources available

The New England Conference resource library is closing. In the age of digital downloads and more direct access to resources, the library is simply not be used as it once was.
The good news is the resources we have on hand are available for free to churches and individuals who want them. If you would like to see what’s available or make a request, contact Rosemary McNulty at rmcnulty@neumc.org or (978) 682-7676 to find out what’s available. Churches and individuals that currently have resources on loan from the library may keep those resources or return them as they choose. Folks are asked to contact McNulty so that she can make note of the disposition of those resources.

Do you have a gifted retreat leader in your congregation?

If you know someone who has already attended the Retreat Leaders’ Training or has equivalent experience, please tell them about the Advanced Retreat Leaders Training to be held Nov. 19-21, 2015 at Rolling Ridge Retreat and Conference Center in N. Andover MA. It will be led by Susan MacKenzie, a retreat leader and spiritual director who has been introducing people to retreat ministry throughout the New England Conference for many years.  She will help the participants to go deeper as they consider this important ministry.  You can find more information including how to register in the brochure.
If you have questions, please contact Cathy MacGovern at pascm@comcast.net.
